This is fantastic!! My blog hasn’t been active for long but I just managed to catch it in time to have some of my own poems included. Everyone is so talented and should feel so proud of what we have achieved and created together. πŸ™‚

Help spread the word. Help raise some money for MIND! A book of poems written by people suffering with mental health illnesses. Showcasing their feelings as they battle with both their illness and the stigma that is attached to mental health. The poetry is used as a form of expression as one of the contributors said “a poem can often convey more in a few lines than long case study.”
